2    Education (Wales) Bill: Stage 1- Evidence session  - Minister for Education and Skills

The Committee heard evidence the Minister for Education and Skills on the Bill. The Minister agreed to provide the following information:

 

A full list of respondents to the Education (Wales) Bill consultation;

 

An explanation as to what it required under the section 160 process compared with that of the section 347 application;

 

Further clarification on the process of moving SEN children between local authorities.
