propose that the National Assembly for Wales in accordance with Standing Order

to the general principles of the Education (Wales) Bill. The Education
(Wales) Bill and Explanatory Memorandum were laid before the Assembly on 1 July
2013. The
report of Children and Young People Committee on the Education (Wales) Bill was
laid before the Assembly on 22 November 2013 The following amendment has been tabled: Amendment
1 - William Graham (South Wales East) Add new
point at the end of the motion: Regrets
part 3 is not contained within a separate special educational needs Bill for
