note on any financial assessment, beyond that set out in the Explanatory
Memorandum, that has been made in relation to whether to require the registration
of domiciliary care workers and adult care home workers; ·
an
outline of the information that is expected to be included in the local market
stability reports that local authorities will be required to prepare and
publish under section 144B of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act
2014 (to be inserted by section 55 of the Bill); ·
an
indication of the expected timescales for publication of draft regulations
under section 60(6) and (7) relating to Ministers’ ability under section 60 to
assess the financial sustainability of a service provider. |
