legislative ballot on 29 November 2011, and given leave to proceed
with his
Bill by the Assembly on 1 February 2012. The Business Committee has
remitted the Bill to the Communities, Equality and Local Government
Committee.
About the Bill
The purpose of the Bill is to establish a licensing
regime for mobile home sites in Wales and to make further provision
in relation to the management of such sites and the agreements
under which mobile homes are stationed on them.
